For Students
We follow ‘no-question-asked-refund’ policy, provided the refund request is made to refunds@learnkarts.com within:
- For self-paced course: 7 days from purchase and you shall not complete more than 10% of the course
- For Training Groups/Interview prep group: Before 2nd live class and you shall not complete more than 10% of the course if self-paced course is attached with the training group
Please note:
Eligible refunds requests will be processed within 14 working days
100% refund will be processed to the original mode of payment
Requests for partial refunds will not be entertained beyond the stipulated time
Access to the course and any other privileges granted to the learner will be revoked once the refund is processed
For Instructors:
We run promotion of instructors and their group courses and runs paid campaigns to acquire students. Refund requests from buyers impacts Grouply’s brand negatively much more over causing financial dearness.
All buyers of our courses will be eligible for a ‘no-question-asked-refund’ policy, provided the refund request is made to refunds@learnkarts.com within:
- For self-paced course: 7 days from purchase and you shall not complete more than 10% of the course
- For Training Groups/Interview prep group : Before 2nd live class and you shall not complete more than 10% of the course if self-paced course is attached with the training group
For eligible refund requests:
If up to 5% of total students in the group asks for refund, both the instructor and Grouply will forego their respective revenue shares.
If more than 5% of total students in the group ask for refund, the entire fee will be deducted from the instructor’s revenue share. Grouply will retain their portion of revenue share in such cases.
Exceptions will be made though if refunds requests are initiated by ‘fraudulent intentions’, tech issues or reasons outside the control of the respective instructor.
